People with laryngeal cancer experience who have undergone total laryngectomy are included in vulnerable consumer groups of electricity, as a result of PASYKAF’s efforts to improve their quality of life.

According to the new Decrees and Ministerial Decision effective November 1, 2023, beneficiaries will receive special electricity tariffs and financial support for installing photovoltaic systems up to €5000 (€1000 per kilowatt-hour/kWh).

Beneficiaries should apply at local DEFA offices to receive the application for the special electricity tariff. Regarding photovoltaic subsidies, beneficiaries must complete the application online and proceed with the purchase after receiving approval.
