Nikolas Pattouras is running in the Alexander the Great Marathon in aid of PASYKAF!

On April 26, 2026, Nikolas Pattouras from Nicosia will participate in the Alexander the Great International Marathon in Thessaloniki, covering the 42-kilometer distance, in aid of the Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends, PASYKAF. All money raised will support the Services and Programs provided by the Association free of charge to people with cancer experience and their families throughout Cyprus.

The initiative is organized by Mr. Pattouras and is titled “Run Beyond”, symbolizing the effort to surpass limits not only in athletics but also in giving back to the community.

The initiative will last 18 weeks, the same period required to train for a marathon. The official start of the campaign is December 22, 2025, and it will culminate on April 26, 2026, at the Alexander the Great Marathon, where Mr. Pattouras will run the full 42 km distance.
