Nektarios Malekkides is running in the London Marathon in aid of PASYKAF!

Nektarios Malekkides is participating for the first time in the London Marathon, a 42.195-kilometer journey through the British capital, in aid of PASYKAF.

“My participation in the Μarathon is dedicated to the memory of my father, Stefanos Malekkides, who was diagnosed with grade 4 brain tumor, known as Glioblastoma (GBM), in January 2023. PASYKAF supported my dad and our family in a multi-dimensional, patient-centered approach. All money raised will support the Services and Programs provided by the Association free of charge, to people with cancer experience and their families throughout Cyprus. Even the smallest donation counts!” – N.M.

The race will start on April 21, 2024, and Nektarios will have to complete the route in less than 8 hours.

Our Association sincerely thanks him for his practical support through this challenging journey. His effort is commendable and serves as a shining example of selflessness, humanity, and altruism.
